Completed in 2016, F.A.S.T. boasts the largest single-dish radio telescope in the world, surpassing Arecibo in size and sensitivity. Located in a remote valley in Guizhou province, F.A.S.T. has opened up new possibilities for studying pulsars, interstellar molecules, and the search for extraterrestrial intelligence.
